Data Encryption

All account information and transactions are encrypted in transit and at rest using industry-standard protocols. Your passwords and payment details are never stored in plain text.

We verify your identity during sign-up and before first withdrawal to comply with Indian financial regulations and prevent fraud.

These questions help clarify the most important parts of our agreement. Read through to understand your rights, how we handle disputes, what happens if you close your account, and how to request changes to your data.

You can close your account anytime from your account settings. We'll preserve your withdrawal balance and process any final payouts within our standard timeframe. Closed accounts cannot be reopened; if you want to play again, you'd create a new account. Transaction history remains accessible for 36 months.

Yes. Go to Account Settings to update your email, phone number, or bank details linked to your UPI, Paytm or PhonePe. Identity information (name, date of birth, address) can only be corrected by contacting support with proof. Large changes may require re-verification before your next withdrawal.

Contact our support team with details of the dispute. We investigate within 5 working days and respond with findings. If unresolved, you can escalate to the relevant financial authority in India. We document all disputes in your account file for transparency.

We retain account data for 36 months after closure to comply with Indian financial and tax law. You can request deletion of personal data beyond what law requires us to keep. Some details (transaction history, dispute records) stay on file for compliance and audit purposes.

Your deposits belong to you and are held separately from our operating funds. We work with regulated payment processors (UPI, Paytm, PhonePe) whose systems carry their own security protocols. However, 3tenx itself does not carry deposit insurance; your protection depends on your bank and payment provider's terms.

Prohibited conduct includes sharing your account login, using bots or automation, multi-accounting, collusion with others, or payment fraud. Violations may result in account suspension and forfeiture of balance. We investigate suspected violations before action and give you a chance to respond.

We may update these terms to reflect legal changes, platform improvements or security updates. You'll receive written notice at least 14 days before changes take effect. Continuing to play after the notice period means you accept the new terms. If you disagree, close your account before the change date.
